The use of services provided by SocialBay establishes an agreement to these terms. By registering or using our services, you agree that you have read and fully understood the following Terms of Service and SocialBay would not be held liable for any loss by users who have not read the below terms.
Services
SocialBay will only be used to promote your Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, or other social media accounts and help boost your "appearance" only. We DO NOT guarantee that your new followers will interact with you, and we merely assure you will receive the followers you pay for. We DO NOT ensure 100% of our accounts will have a profile picture, full bio, or uploaded photos, although we strive to make this the reality for all accounts. You will not upload any content to the SocialBay site, including nudity or any material not accepted or suitable for the Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, or general social media community.
Fiverr, eBay, and Other Popular Website Sellers
SocialBay DOES NOT guarantee full delivery within 24 hours. We make no guarantee of a delivery time. We provide our best estimation for orders during the placement process. However, these are estimates. We will not be held responsible for the loss of funds, negative reviews, or account bans for late delivery. If you are selling on a website that requires time-sensitive results, use SocialBay at your own risk.
Refund Policy
We can refund your payment at any time. If you have a remaining balance in your account and would like it refunded to your payment processor, open a ticket and request a refund. You agree that once you complete payment, you will not file a dispute or chargeback against us for any reason. If you submit a dispute or chargeback against us after a deposit, we reserve the right to terminate all future orders and ban you from our site. We also reserve the right to take away any followers or likes we delivered to your Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, or other social media accounts. Orders placed in SocialBay will not be refunded or canceled after they are placed. You will receive a refund credit to your SocialBay account if the order is not deliverable. Misplaced or private account orders will not qualify for a refund. Be sure to confirm every order before placing it. Fraudulent activity, such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards, will lead to the termination of your account without exceptions. Please do not use more than one server simultaneously for the same page. We cannot provide the correct number of followers/likes in such cases. No refunds will be given for these orders. Most of our services start instantly except for a few that take 24-48 hours to deliver. If you do not receive your service in time, please contact support. We are online 24/7 to provide assistance.
Privacy Policy
At SocialBay, we highly value your privacy. We follow a strict confidentiality policy to inform you how we collect, use, and protect your information. We do not share any confidential information you provide to us with third parties, including details about your orders. We do not communicate with or contact the owners of the services you purchase. SocialBay will protect your data for safety and the prevention of fraud, theft, or loss. We also guarantee the security of your data from copying or modification by third parties.
Change of Terms
This Terms of Service / Privacy Policy can change at any time. We are fully entitled to make these changes without prior notice. SocialBay only works with legal representatives who value the protection of personal information. We confirm that your information will always be protected.
